The electroforming unit m Galv is a sufficient process tool for all needed processes of metal separation in the MEMS-, Semicon-, Optic- und Solar industry. Because of the flexible arrangement and build up of the processes, the electroforming unit m Galv is the ideal tool either for industrial or R&D demands. The complete build up of the system is made of plastics (PP natural) and guarantees therefore a maximal resistance against chemical attacks either of acids or bases. Following the German law of environmental protection, the system has a level controlled pan, which can be used for secure storing of chemicals or lab tools. Of course, customized solutions are available after clearing the technical details.
Available Options. Automatic Handling (Semi Auto, Dry in - Dry out), Integration of pre or post process cells possible, Laminar- Flow- Units, Vacuum twizer, Quick connector for taking out of fluids, Electrolytes and taking process into operation, Interface for handling process data, Customized solutions.
